  • Lead product discovery with Vodacom, Airtel, MTN, and Safaricom to translate unmet needs into overdraft, term loan, and merchant financing features.
  • Manage end-to-end product lifecycle coordinating with NMB, CRDB, and Azania Bank on API integration, compliance, and go-to-market.
  • Define and document end-to-end API integration flows including OAuth2, error codes, retry logic, and test suites for zero-defect go-lives.
  • Coordinate SIT & UAT with telecom and banking partners; maintain Swagger/OpenAPI specs and Postman collections for partner self-onboarding.
